2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Delivered: If the purchased service was not delivered or activated within 48 hours of payment.
- Technical Issues: If persistent technical issues on our end prevent you from using the Service, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 7 business days.
- Duplicate Charges: If you were charged more than once for the same service.
- Within Cooling Period: If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase and have not extensively used the Service.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After the 7-day cooling period has passed
- If a significant portion of the service has already been consumed or utilized
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Change of mind or decision not to use the service after activation
- Third-party service failures beyond our control

- Include your account email, order/transaction ID, and the reason for the refund.

5. Refund Processing
Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 3–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or service credits based on the extent of service usage. Partial refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis from the date of the refund request.
7. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle unless covered by the cooling period.
